SEMINOLE FC SOCCER VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
On behalf of the Seminole FC Board of Directors, our Coaches and Players, we would like to THANK YOU for volunteering your time this soccer season. We appreciate all the assistance you provide our league and more importantly provide to our players. As a volunteer you play a vital role in helping the soccer season run smoothly. Your hard work does not go unnoticed!
This year Seminole FC is implementing a new volunteer program. As you may recall during registration, there was an option to sign up to volunteer or an option to buy out. Since you did not buy out we know that you also understand how vital volunteers are to our organization.
We will be using an online sign up services called Signup Genius. This will keep all of our volunteer opportunities in one place and easy to access. By using the online sign up, volunteers will be able to pick events and times that work with their schedules and the League will not have to assign times that do not work or are not convenient for you. We hope this will also keep things fair so that a few parents do not end up doing all of the volunteer hours and when others have not done any volunteer hours.
You may sign up for ANY and as many volunteer opportunity you would like. Seminole FC is only requesting that you to sign up to volunteer for a minimum of 4 hours during the soccer season. So if you originally signed up for Special Events but would now like to help with Field Maintenance instead, that is OK!
Do you have high schoolers looking for volunteer hours? You may have your teens work your hours as long as they are 16 or older!!!
